1. What DuelClan.com is

DuelClan.com is an unofficial, independent fan site for the Duel.com community — reviews and guides, live on-chain deposit/withdrawal stats, a Kick streamer directory, a clan chat and a win-wall. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Duel.com, Immortal Snail LLC, or Ossi Ketola. We don’t process deposits, withdrawals or wagers, and never will — all real-money activity happens on Duel.com itself, under its own terms.

2. Age requirement

This site discusses real-money gambling and is intended for users 18 and older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using DuelClan.com you confirm you meet that requirement.

3. Accounts

An account (email + password) is only needed to chat, post win-wall screenshots, or set up a public profile — everything else on the site is open to read without one. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Usernames must be 3-24 characters (letters, numbers, underscores) and can’t impersonate Duel.com staff or another real person or brand. You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings, which permanently removes your profile, chat history and win-wall posts.

4. Content you post

Chat messages, win-wall screenshots, captions and profile info you submit are yours — posting them just grants DuelClan.com a non-exclusive license to display them on the site (and remove them, per the moderation rules below). You’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post:

• Content you don’t have the right to share (e.g. someone else’s screenshot presented as your own win)
• Spam, scam links, phishing attempts, or unsolicited advertising
• Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Anything impersonating Duel.com, its staff, or another user
• Malware, exploits, or attempts to abuse the site’s systems

You can delete your own messages and win-wall posts at any time. Admins can remove any content that breaks these rules and, for serious or repeated violations, suspend the account behind it.

5. No financial or gambling advice

Reviews, guides, house-edge/RTP explainers and stats on this site are informational and reflect our own research and opinion — they aren’t financial, legal, or gambling advice, and they aren’t a guarantee of Duel.com’s odds, payouts, or business practices. Gambling involves real financial risk and can be addictive; never wager more than you can afford to lose. 6. Affiliate disclosure

Links to Duel.com on this site, including the bonus/rakeback code, are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you sign up and play through them, at no extra cost to you. This doesn’t change our reviews or the numbers we publish.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

DuelClan.com is provided “as is,” run by fans in their spare time. We try to keep information accurate and the live on-chain data honest about what’s demo vs. real, but we don’t guarantee the site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that every figure is perfectly current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuelClan.com isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including any losses from gambling on Duel.com itself, which is entirely between you and Duel.com under its own terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
