Who we are

DuelClan.com is an unofficial, independent fan site for the Duel.com community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Duel.com, Immortal Snail LLC, or Ossi Ketola — see the disclaimer in the footer of every page. For anything on this page, DuelClan.com (not Duel.com) is who you’re dealing with. You can reach us at duelclan@protonmail.com.

What we collect, and why

You can read every page on this site, including the live deposit/withdrawal dashboard, guides, reviews and streamer list, without creating an account or handing over any personal data at all. An account is only needed to chat, post win screenshots, or set up a public profile — and even then, we collect the minimum needed to run those features:

• Account basics — the email address and password you sign up with, handled entirely by our authentication provider, Supabase (see Who we share data with below). We never see or store your password ourselves.
• Profile info — your chosen username, an optional bio, an optional self-reported Duel.com nickname, optional social links, and an optional profile picture. All of this is public by design — it’s what shows on your /u/username page.
• Content you post — clan chat messages and win-screenshot uploads (image, caption, game, multiplier), each tied to your account and shown publicly.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps) generated automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and abuse prevention, in line with their own privacy policy.

We do not collect payment details, wallet private keys, or your real Duel.com account credentials — DuelClan.com never asks for any of those, and never will. The self-reported “Duel.com username” field on your profile is exactly that: self-reported, unverified, and optional.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and a couple of local-storage entries for interface preferences (like whether you’ve dismissed the 18+ gate, or collapsed the chat panel). We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies of any kind. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. A small number of infrastructure providers process it on our behalf, strictly to run the site:

• Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage provider. Our project is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Account data, profile data, chat messages and uploaded images all live there. See Supabase’s privacy policy ↗.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which serves the site and generates standard access logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy ↗.
• Kick.com, Etherscan, Solana & TronGrid — public read-only APIs we call server-side to show streamer live-status and on-chain deposit/withdrawal data. We send them no personal data about you — these calls never include your account, email, or IP.

We’d also disclose data if legally required to (e.g. a valid court order), or to protect the site and its users from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, profile, chat messages and win-wall posts for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (see below) permanently removes all of it — profile, chat history and uploaded images — immediately; there’s no separate “soft delete” or backup retention window on our side beyond Supabase’s standard database backup cycle.

Your rights

If GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to object to how it’s processed. In practice on DuelClan.com:

• Access & correct — sign in and edit your profile (username, bio, social links, picture) any time from your profile settings.
• Delete — your profile settings include a “delete account” action that permanently removes your account and everything tied to it (profile, chat messages, win-wall posts) in one step, no need to email us and wait.
• Export or object — email duelclan@protonmail.com and we’ll handle it directly, generally within a few days.

If you believe we’ve mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman ↗).

Children

DuelClan.com discusses real-money gambling and is intended for adults 18 and over (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the “last updated” date above. Since we don’t collect an email opt-in for policy updates, we’d encourage checking back occasionally if you’re a registered user.
