Growing up in Vammala, Finland, Ketola cut his teeth on the RuneScape economy as a teenager — an early, informal education in digital markets, trust and reputation that would later shape how he thought about online gambling platforms.
Founds CSGOEmpire at 18
With an €11,000 loan, Ketola launched CSGOEmpire, one of the pioneering Counter-Strike skin-betting platforms built on provably fair technology. It grew into a multi-million-dollar business with millions of registered users before increased scrutiny of skin gambling reshaped the space.

Launches Duel.com
Using proceeds from CSGOEmpire, Ketola founded Duel.com — a crypto casino and sportsbook built around "Duel Originals," in-house games designed to run at up to 100% RTP, plus a rakeback-and-leaderboards model instead of traditional bonuses.
Public persona
